PRESENTATION OF PAPERS
|
 |
Since you will only have a limited time in which to present your paper
(15-20 minutes is anticipated), ensure that you use the allocated time
in the best possible way.
-
Do not spend valuable time describing the course structure at your university,
the history of your course or the kind of students you teach unless this
information is vital to the main thesis of your paper. Some of this information
will probably be available in the published version of your paper and if
participants need more information they can ask for it during question
time.
-
Make sure your transparencies are legible from the back of a lecture
room.
-
We will adhere rigidly to the times we allocate to presentations and questions
so please make sure you can get your message over in the allotted
time.
