At the beginning of each session the chair will invite each presenter to give a 3-minute overview of the topic of their poster. 

Participants will then be invited to visit the posters and have discussions with the presenters.

They

• should look attractive 
 
• should clearly show the main ideas being presented 
 
• should not contain very much small, detailed text which is difficult to read at a distance
 
• may be accompanied by a handout giving more detailed information.
