The building of a new, large sporting stadium (called Suncorp Stadium) in Brisbane, Queensland, was met with some opposition. The article gives a poll, reported (in part) as follows:

285 people aged 18 and over living in southeast Queensland were polled on an Internet panel on May 27!30 by NFO Australia for The Courier-Mail. Results accurate to within ±5.8% at the 95% level of confidence.
