Dialectric breakdown strength

Access data file
Keywords:
Categories:
science and engineering;
gneneralized linear models
Description:
The data come from a study of performance degradation data from accelerated tests. The response variable is dialectric breakdown strength in kilo-volts, and the predictors are testing duration time and temperature . The study can be viewed as an 8 by 4 factorial experiment.

There are 128 observations on three variables

Variables:
Strength Dialectric breakdown strength (in kilovolts)
Time Duration of testing in weeks; one of 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 48 or 64 (that is, there are 8 levels)
Temperature Temperature in degrees Celsius; one of 180, 225, 250 or 275
Data Quality:
There are no missing values.
