A duality model was proposed by Low[1] which can be used to separates the packets delvery on IP networks into two major components. This project is devoted to construct a framework based on the duality model. The framework facilitates the anaylsis of various TCP/AQM algorithms, and searching for more effective TCP schema or AQM strategies.
