Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:
  • A written notification of cancellation must be sent via e-mail to the conference Treasurer, Dr. Troy Farrell (t.farrell@qut.edu.au).
  • For cancellation notifications received prior to January 17, 2009, a 90% refund will be issued.
  • Requests for refunds cannot be processed after January 17, 2009.
